Chris, founder of CCR is a qualified Fitter and Turner and first class machinist. Chris has specialised in mobile hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings services for more than 20 years. Working in Heavy Industry and the Mining sector, he saw the need for a world class service that would free Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors, Maintainers and Owner Operators from the worry of having their operations halted from hose or fitting failures.
Chris designed CCR to be a proactive service, working within the closest cooperation with clients, preventing accidents and breakdowns rather than responding to the aftermath. With watchwords of Safety, Total Reliability, Responsibility and Mobility, CCR is the solution to performance and productivity. Our site-specific relationships are based on Premier Service.
At CCR we are committed to Community Involvement through regular support of charities and also make our facilities available for student work experience, where we help to instil the values of excellence and attention to detail.
Mark ‘Monty’ Montefiore has a wealth of mechanical and hydraulic systems knowledge stemming from his original trade background as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Monty is our front-man for all operations throughout the Pilbara and surrounding districts. His attitude and commitment to customer service is outstanding, resulting from his time based in the Pilbara as a Mobile Equipment Hydraulic Fitter.
Some of Monty’s achievements are;
- design and implement numerous modifications to mobile machinery resulting in greater machine reliability and decreased environmental incidents.
- Assist in improving machine productivity
- Systematically and methodically implementing CCR’s new Hydraulic System Audit program to clientele
Monty's focus is in making you, as our client, comfortable in knowing that you will be serviced with the utmost of professionalism whilst providing you with solutions. This will be provisioned via a 24 hour, 7 day a week customer support service for any hydraulic and hosing requests.
T.B. has been with Chris right from the inception of CCR some 6 years ago. As a qualified Automotive Mechanic, T.B. brings with him decades of automotive and hydraulics experience. T.B.'s work ethos is matched only by his passion for quality and unrivalled ability to see the job through and done right the first time.
T.B. forms the back-bone of the manufacturing side of CCR and is the Foreman of Operations at several of our external manufacturing sites. Thus far, T.B. has met every manufacturing deadline with our clients over a 6 year span, this is a milestone largely unachievable even by larger company standards. Well Done T.B.!
