CCR specialise in complete hose manufacture, refurbishment and installation for machine mid-life rebuilds ON SITE ANYWHERE and immediately respond to your call.

When CCR professional fitters arrive on the job, they don’t simply just fix the immediate problem, but also reduce future downtime with the unique OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) recommendation, forecasting future replacement of stock needs and/or hosing requirements where it is impossible to make a specific module on-site.

Our original, industry specific Hose Assembly Condition Report sets out comprehensive replacement and maintenance schedules.

CCR’s on-site state of the art hose manufacturing workshops meet every hydraulic need, from making hoses to your specific requirements, to repair and maintenance, all in accordance with OEM instructions.

CCR can provide and deliver to you, on-site Training and Certification in preparation for MDG 41 standards in Hose Management, so that competent personnel can safely implement systematic inspection, maintenance and replacement schedules. This standard is poised to be incorporated into the National Mine Safety Act. The CCR Safe Hydraulics Course, providing Gates Assembly Manufacturer Certification, will make the transition to compulsory accreditation effortless.
