As an industry first, we would like to introduce to you another value added service that we offer.  This is by way of our industry and machine specific 'Hydraulic Systems Audit'.  Our audits allow our fitters to systematically inspect your hydraulic systems accurately and exhaustively.  Reliability is key and paramount to greater production for your mobile equipment and Fixed Plant environments thus, leading to greater profitability.

If offered the opportunity to conduct an audit, our fitter will;

  • Conduct a Heat Audit looking for areas of the machine/plant that are subject to high heat causing premature hose failure

  • Conduct a Hose Survivability audit looking for key areas that will be subjected to mechanical damage

  • Conduct a Hose Wear Audit looking for hoses that will be subject to imminent failure and suggest replacement

  • Conduct a Hydraulic Systems and Mechanical functionality check to ensure that dynamic testing reveals no further hosing issues

  • Leave you satisfied and contented in knowing you are not only getting greater reliability out of your hydraulic systems but also receiving a first class, quality service second to none!
